算是contract嗎?

And then every one of us PM MichaelKwok asking if he would sell us the fish BB (including me laaaa of course!) are asking MichaelKwok about details of the potential contract (the deal). Mr. MichaelKwok replied us each individually confirming the price and the time and place carrying out the deal is offering an individual contract with each of us this time (MichaelKwok is the one offering to sell the fishes at a price set by him). This time each of us who thought the prices were acceptable accepted MichaelKwok's offer and the consideration of each contract is the price (of money value) set by MichaelKwok in each offer to us! Consideration exists is sufficient AND is not necessary to be in process of MichaelKwok to make it a valid consideration.

He's 18 or not is another question about the capacity with the contract!!

哈!! 吹到脹哂啦!! 我四月就pm佢啦! 雖然只係換! 依家又因為阿媽!!

佢話突然冇都有可能既
因為有時o的魚的確係可能預的時候出問題
但既然之前覆了人有，我諗真係要打番個電話話比人知冇，唔好突登避開或者唔聽電話之類。起碼有交待清楚，唔洗攪到放飛機咁嚴重(我最憎人放我飛機)，因為放飛機真係浪費左大家時間(如果有o的魚友由好遠突登出來就更慘了)。
其實冇得賣好閒o者，最緊要唔好浪費大家時間。試過一次有個人(唔好講名啦，很久之前的事)徵草，我見咁岩我有佢要既草，咁我就約佢去魚街拎比佢，去到打電話就拒聽(之前通過email confirm)，結果我就比人放了機..........................大佬呀，我送比你，又唔收你錢，我自己重要比車錢，拎埋出來比你..........佢竟然...........結果我將那袋草掉了入垃圾埇................自此約人出去之前一定打個電話confirm先。

雖然我從未跟Michael Kwok做交易,但當我看完他這兩個已表現一種不負責任的回應,我覺他很可憐,完全出賣了自己的人格,而且是多人批評此君,相信問題真的出自他本人.

你一天中僅有這麼多個小時，你只能在這個時間內努力工作，那麼為甚麼為錢而拚命工作呢？是不是應該學會讓錢和別人為你工作？這樣你才能夠自由自在地去做其他重要的事情。

你的經驗我都試過，電話confirm都無用，試過confirm好送魚送草，點知無人到放我飛機，而且不只一人，又不想掉，最後比了魚舖。因此我以後都不會送魚送草。

唉!! 咁攪法..
可能會少左人[送贈]
