草缸魚有白點, what medicine can be used?

As i can't use salt, right? It can affect the plant....

Please advise! Thanks!

Never use chemicals, including medicines, in planted tanks. If I were you, I would have bought a smaller tank as the "medical tank". You then can remove the sick fish to it and apply whatever medicine it is appropriate.

raise up the temperature to 29 to 30 degree, for 3 days. Add a little salt at the same time.
then change 1/4 water. The white dots should be gone. Afterwards, if it is found again, repeat the above process. No need to add medicine, yes, don't add medicine for plant aquarium.

Henry12: Just a kind reminder - if you simply raise the temperature to 29/30c and add salts to the tank, there's still a chance that the plants will get killed.

Should i change 1/3 water + add salt every day ???

or

Just change 1/3 water??

I always suggest to separate them with another tank for medical treatment.

我o係8月試過成缸奶晒白點，之後關左水冷機。水溫自己上返30度...一個星期之後冇事，而家都好地地。
我覺得鹽你可以唔落住，但係加溫起碼可以控制呢d白點擴散。

what i think is salt can help the 白點 die faster....but may take a bit longer if we only increase tempature...

溫度上升只可以加快白點蟲既生命周期
落鹽先可以令到白點蟲死亡
