kit0917: Don't be harsh to yourself. There's no "廢人" in the aquarium world. There's only committed hobbyist and non-committed hobbyist. My suggestions come from all the c hings' experience here and not only mine. I'm not sure if they can fix your problem but it's worth a try

. BTW, just a warm advice: if you're going to have a 24" tank and would like to keep your existing 2213, you'd better buy a 2215. You may connect the 2213 to the chiller/ UV, and leave the 2215 running on its own. But if you don't mind, I'd prefer a single 2217 and connect it to everything. It would look more tidy/ clean and save you more space. You can leave the 2213 for your 14" tank. It may be a bit strong but drilling more holes on the outlet tube should solve the problem.
