2. Don't overfeed your fishes - how much and how frequent do you feed them?
3. Add some "鉛筆" and "大和藻蝦" may help.

Try to remove them as much as possible and keep changing water frequently. In your case, don't add any liquid fertilizers and feed less (say once a day). Remember that the fishes have to finish them in 1-2 minutes, otherwise, it will be too much. Also, keep changing 20% of water each alternate day. See if the situation can be improved.
