What exactly is the model of your canister? You mean Resun cy-20? 我用SHIRUBA XB303 If yes, I don't think that's enough for your tank, considering the length of it. I have the following questions:
1. Your tank is around 20L of water. I'd say 15Wx3 is too much for your tank. 15Wx2 should be fine.

2. Do you have direct sun light on the tank/ canister?
下午有少少斜射, 但我有用黑紙遮住3. Do those brownish substance exist inside your tank too? If they're not algae, it should be fine. Just remove them with your fingers and forget those left inside the canister.
