You've mentioned two questions:
1. "而且佢一味向上生而冇向橫生,呢d係咪就係追光現象?": Yes, the light is not strong enough. But this may only be one of the reasons. What about your lighting schedule? What is the CO2 input level? What other plants do you have? How would you keep your tank daily?
2. "但枯死左好多": Though your lighting system is not strong enough, that shouldn't be the reason why your plants wither. There should be something else.

1. Why your lighting schedule varies so much (6-10 hours)? A persistent 8-hr lighting each day is a must. - 我而家買左時間制, 應該會可以穩定地每日照8hrs
2. Do other plants have the same problem? - 我個缸上星期有d啡色既藻, 搞到d草都啡哂, 前兩日至打理左個缸, 而家d心形水竹葉都仲係未有泡
3. How frequent and how much do you change the water? - 之前見缸水好清, 所以冇乜點換, 而家就1-2星期一次, 每次換1/3缸水
4. What is the pH value of your tank? And temperature? - ph係5.5, tmp係24度
5. Never use air pump for aquatic plants. - 唔怕d魚吸太多co2?
6. Never use hang-on filter. Use canister instead for a planted tank. - 屋企未有位擺 + 未有錢換住 =_=, 如果我用cy-20, 會唔會唔夠用?
7. DIY CO2 is fine, but how many bubbles per second? - 大約2-3秒一泡, 使唔使買co2鋁樽?因為有朋友俾左up牌好舊款既雙錶頭我
8. How many fishes are there in your tank? - 11條, 但小精靈新春期間死左, 而家未買返
9. Your feeding schedule is fine, but can fishes finish the food in 1-2 mins? - 我每次餵好少, 所以5mins內都已經清哂
10. You may need to consider to add a 9w tube, or change to a T5 8Wx2 lighting system. - 係咪飛利浦已經夠用架啦? 係唔係鴨記買最平?
