猩猩近來試下賣串燒BBS.....首先要煮熟....再....(下略五千字)

和落水雪成冰粒比較，無水急凍法有什麼好處？

can dig a small amount of pure bbs from the ice.
if water is added, it is hard to dig.

That's ture. But there are diffcult to determine the bbs volume due to the thickness. I rather like get right volume then make ice cube instead.

i use very little amount of water to melt the bbs, and suck it to droper.
hence i can jet the bbs to my fish by many time with a slow rate.
and the remained bbs will be re-iced within the droper.
so i solve the problem of determine the bbs volume.

But if you make them into small units of ice cube, there is no need to dig.

Actually, this is what we need to do when handling large amount of deep frozen meat: you should separate them into correct portion size before freeze them up.

So for BBS, dilute with water, and if you want to split the BBS into 5 meals (or days), then you can just stir the water and then pour into 5 ice cube portion, the BBS should be split into 5 equal portion (almost) automatically, and each time you only take out one cube and use that. I think a small 冰粒格 will serve the purpose already.

only 2 small bb fish and you make your own bbs, that is a very respectable practise, I admire you

But quite often, people brew their own BBS will have more then that, and if they use small 冰粒格, they can easily split their one round of BBS into 12 to 20 ice cube, which mean you can split one round of BBS for 12 to 20 days, I believe that is long enough for most users already, and easier to handle as you only take one ice cube out of the tray everyday, no more digging or chopping.
