Since iron is not needed in high concentration, a 250ml of Flourish Iron can last for quit a long time

I am using it to supplement my trace solution. It is best to add everyday, since in a relatively short time the iron contained in the solution would not be available to the plants once it is injected into the tank (you can read from the bottle that the iron in the solution is not Fe2+ or Fe3+). A daily dosage would yield best result. But I am too lazy so I add it every other day

Yes. But if you are adding other trace fertilizers like tropica master grow, then it's likely that the shaded plants have enough iron already.

10mg/ml --> that means if you add 1ml of flourish iron into your tank, you add 10mg of iron into your tank

How much iron to add is a debatable topic. I keep mine at around 0.05ppm to 0.1ppm. (ppm = mg/L). The bottle says 0.1mg/L, which is 0.1ppm.

So, for example, if your tank is 100L, adding 1ml of Flourish iron will increase the iron concentration of your tank to 0.1ppm.

And I just read the bottle...flourish iron is actually Fe+2...

p.s. I notice you bought a 100 ml bottle. I think that's a good idea to buy in smaller quantity if you can't use it up in a short time. Better than me --> i bought a 250ml bottle, even I have a 66gallon tank...the bottle will probably last forever...by that time the thing might has expired (no use..)
