In my opinion, a stable biological system is the most critical point in building a good tropical plant tank. Although there are many chemical products (anti-phosphate, anti-moss....) in the market, I don't want my tank becoming a "chemcial tank". Those chemical products should have many side effects or they may harardous to the fishes.
If u study the tropical plant articles (Taiwan edition), they treat most of the problems by means of chemical treatment - I don't think so. I think the most important thing is to build up a complete nitro-bacterical system rather than making a chemical tank!
