用ADA黑泥2代粗加幼，ph 應該係幾多？
開缸只係數月...無種過草但行氣動底抽
如偏低(ph5或以下)可以用咩方法增加ph?
已經試過用azoo ph調高液，增加至6.0，但一日後變翻5.0
定翻缸實際d？

cox shrimps died frequently in ph5....
and my tank was started nearly half year ago....
is ph5 realy the normal case...?

Oops, that's not normal then. Mine dropped after 2-3mths from 5.5 below to 6.0. You may add some 珊瑚骨 to increase the pH level, but you have to continuously keep an eye on the changes.

i know that 珊瑚骨 can increase pH
but i aint sure it's safe or not
n how long it takes or the amount i should add....
well, obviously 5 or below is not usual
cox Tetra indicator can only shows 5 so i aint sure whether it's 5 or even lower

n i added coral bones as well, as it's still 5 or below at the moment....
i will never use ADA2 anymore....terrible pH

You shouldn't add coral bones, because it also increase GH. I rather have a low ph and soft water, than temp good pH, but harder water. Aquarium is a mix of science and art, and it also takes much patience.

Remember ADA soil is a strong buffer, don't try to fight it unless you're very very good at water parameter, otherwise, you'll end up a lot worse than before.

after adding the coral bones, pH went up to 6.5
well, i understand that patience is important
but there's originially 100 fishes in my tank
they kept dying, with syptoms of 爛尾爛肉
n obviously pH is the prime suspect.
that's y i needa hurry to change pH
i guess fishes can survive in a higher gh level, dun they?
i hv been very patient actually, my tank was started in last november...
i cant believe that the ph's 5 after 4 months....

How big is your tank? I can't imagine any reasonable size tank housing 100 fish, even if they're all small tetras. Keep an eye on your NH3/4, since approaching ph6.5 and above, some of it will turn toxic, and at that pH, bio filter will start working again, so more NO2 will come and start killing your fish, keep up the water changes if I were you.
