度左只有4.5度,種緊綠菊和寶塔,請問點補救?

我早三個月用ph meter,新買回來,用校正液調校完,度過水喉水係8,4.5度d魚都好麻煩喎

唔想換水或試下用調高ph的藥水,azoo有

Without Basic information it is very hard to help....please...

e.g. What brand of mud, How long is the tank set up, size, what is the regular maintenance.... did you add CO2 etc....please...

Currently the only suggestion to you is change water "regularly" - with patience to wait for PH to stablise. I don't suggest to add 藥水 before you exhaust other ways.

睇下先啦， pH 唔係咁重要，重要係個原因。 如果只係新缸，可能新泥關系，咁就問題不大。

我也是PH低，剛翻缸一星期ADA黑泥有CO2、沉木、石，換了二次水每次半缸，PH在5.3-5.8也是找不到原因

原因就係新 ADA 泥 (主因)， 沉木， 同 CO2。

Macbrush兄話ada泥係導致開缸低ph主因,但唔係大問題
請教係咪開缸初段時間(2~3星期),除了等硝化系統形成之外,
就係勤d測試水溫水質(ph,氨,NO2,NO3),之後換水去除多餘NO3...或
令ph提高返呢?
咁即係話開缸後插左草,放左d"試魚"都要留意唔好俾太多co2喎?
一句講哂,換水係一個唔懶得0既指定動作!

Can we used "珊瑚骨" to decrease the pH value ?? 珊瑚骨 is alkaline , right ?

The main purpose of 珊瑚骨 is to increase GH, pH is only the side effect when most of the time KH is also going up with GH. In a planted tank, when you want to increase the alkanility, you just want to increase KH, use baking soda instead.

Do NOT use pH Up, they only adjust pH for a short period of time without affecting the buffer at all, meant for short term such as to adjust new water for water changes.

However, I still don't recommend adjusting the pH buffer for ADA Aquasoil. After you've sucessfully and permenantly adjusted the pH, you'll be almost completely exhausted the buffer capacity of the soil, and you'll soon running here asking how to increase acidity instead...

This happens to my tank too. I use ADA Amazonia soil. The pH is around 4.8. After inputing CO2 for 6 hours, it will fall to 4.67. Horrible. However, after looking for all the old articles, there seems no good advice for correcting this terrible situation. My tank has been set up for two months. I think the problem is caused by ADA soil and its power sand. Any other opinion?
