是否用 fibre glass 背板，我見魚街有一兩間有做，但都幾貴，4 呎缸要過千！一路希望揾到較平的或直接同 supplier 訂！可否分享下你呢個背景的資料？

This is my first glass tank ar.
Actually, I've spread year of time in here to get experience from the old post

And the 背板 is not tailor made (it's not possible to make it by my poor technique). I order it from the supplier

It's made by some special material which will not degrade and decolor in fresh or marine water. The original size of it is 79" long but I've cut it to 65" :-?

Thanks for your link, this is exactly what I am looking for, and I see the model (woodrock system) they quoted me at 日「鄰」，so they probably buy from here as well.

I can't find the price list, so I suppose you have to email them for detail.

So you reallly hide most of your equipment (filters, heater, ...) at the back of the background? Is it easy to install? I hope it is easier then using real 樹皮，I go for 樹皮 after I drop the idea of using this kind of background, spend 3 days to fix them, and lost all the back panel to attach equipment, what a mess.

I hide the 出入水 and the heater only and planning to hide the CO2 outlet also.

I think it's not possible to hide the filter since the "担" of the tank have blocked the upper surface and it is hard to remove the filter for washing. As you can see in the homepage, they make the huge tank w/o glass "担". Hence, they can hide the filter inside

This background was bought years ago from a friend in Belgium. Actually, I've send lots of e-mail to the headquater but w/o any reply. Some of the detailers said they only sell it in their own country. Hence, I've ask my friend in Belgium to buy and ship it to me. As I remember, it cost me about Euro$1300

(FedEx charge me Euro$800). Hence the net price of the background is just about HK$3-4k (Euro is still cheap at that time).

They have a new detailer in Korea now. If you can order it in here by sea (not by air), this can save much $$.
