You can try the Fluval Lab Series Nitrate Remover. It's ok. You can buy it at 升x. But you have to keep on monitoring the NO2 and NO3 level. 'cos if they are too low, some kinds of algae may burst, such as Blue Green Algae and Chladophora.

NO2 level should always be undetectable, shouldn't it?

What do you mean by "undetectable"? There are test kids out there in the market for detecting NO2, such as Nutrafin. So, it's detectable. If you mean the value of NO2 of a healthy tank should approach to zero, yes, it should be zero.

I asked, because you said "... monitoring the NO2 and NO3 level. 'cos if they are too low...". This is statement lead me to think that you suggested there should be detectable level of NO2. Anyway, thanks for clarifying, I think you should edit the post, just in case ppl jump into conclusion without reading the whole thread.
