I just buy a ac fan in 鴨記.....a man shopkeeper say the fame of the fan is made of metal, so, it is already a "earth", is it correct?
However, I dont really understand, the fan has only 2 terminals, if the frame of the fan don't connect with any wire, how it works as earth???

Well, the store keeper is 50% right only......Yes, if the fan have a metal case, it's already earth but you should "bond" a wire to the metal case of the fan & connect it to the earth of your 13A plug...
How to "bond" it??? for an example: drill a small hole on the metal case & "bond" the wire by screw & screw-driver.....

It means you can connect the metal part to a 水線。

I get it...................but the case is that, the power outlet of the fan is only 2 small pieces of metal, and the wire from the shop with special plug which fits the 2 small pieces of metal have no 水線.............so, 有=冇...
