I want to know something more about the bacteria other than 硝化細菌in aqua-plant tank,

1. 硝化細菌 are inactivated in weak acidic water, however, as we know, almost all aqua-plant tank are using weak acidic and soft water.
2. 硝化細菌 are used to reduce MH3, NH4+, N02 and NO3, those things are harmful to fishes, however, all those things are useful for plants and they work as fertilizer.
3. NH3, NH4+, N02 and NO3 are chemicals which are soluble in water, they would not cause 混濁 of water…………
4. I guess it is the organic particles which cause混濁, and those organic particles are 分解to release MH3, NH4+, N02 and NO3, etc., which can be utilized by water plants.

So, from 推理……..I think硝化細菌 is not as important as we imagine (for plant tank only), there are some bacteria which are even important ( to 分解 organic particles)………..so, can anybody tell something about those information?
