水草情迷

Dear all,

I just set up my fish tank two weeks ago. The problem is my 矮珍珠 easily turns white, have grey/brown mould/sediment on my 水榕, and whenever I try to put one or two fish in the tank (to test the water), they die within 1 or 2 days. The tank water is clear, I use ADA 黑泥, 打co2, have 沉木, size 80cm X 26cm X 20cm.

For plant I have:

鹿角鐵皇冠
鐵皇冠
水榕
絲葉太陽
紅松尾
矮珍珠
小椒草...

Could the problem be caused by over put in 'base 肥'? This is really the only possible idea I can think of? Pls. feel free to suggest other possible cause and solution if any..

Maybe too low the pH or too much CO2? Did you 對水 before you put your fish into the tank? Tank with high CO2 injection require you to 對水 for a long time or you will stress your fish.

PH around 6, with only a little CO2 since the tank is still 2 weeks old (about 1 bubble per 5 sec but 24 hrs).

Pls. advice.
