If you'd like to have the cheapest products, you may refer to x寶, x基, 利x行. These are fire equipment shops. You can search their address in this forum. If you'd prefer convenience, "Fish Street" has all the stuff you need. I don't mean to recommend UP's products, but just to share with you what exactly I have for my setup (in fact, the quality of UP is not superior at all):
1. CO2 cylinder: UP 1L cylinder. I'd prefer aluminium to stainless steel cylinders. They're much lighter in weight. In my opinion, Taiwan made products are already good enough and they're cheaper.
2. Check regulator: I have been using UP's A-151 for 2 years. But like I said, the quality of UP is not superior. I had 3 UP regulators (different models) and they're all dead in less than 6 months. Airtac is a good choice to consider but it's a bit more expensive.
3. Check valve: I'm using 2 check valves made in Japan at 水x店. They're superior but very expensive. Each costs hundreds.
4. CO2 tube: Anyone will do. Just to make sure that they're "hard" tube and not "soft" one.
5. Capacity of cylinder: Most of the c hings here would recommend 1kg (not 1L). 'cos usually the CO2 recharging company will charge you for every 1kg.

臺灣的雅柏出過好多款CO2的，有鋁瓶有拋棄型的，任君選擇。不過我唔知香港有冇，我哋廣州花地灣就有了。
