我曾經長開燈去照射水榕, 這對牠們有沒有什麼影響及害處 ?
我見我D沉木生左小小青苔, 又會唔會係燈光影響?
我的燈光, 光量是中等...
套缸連埋的...
又想問問, 我是否有需要去故意開燈以助牠們的photosynthesis ?

"我曾經長開燈去照射水榕": How long is that? You should note that plants need to rest too. Usually, 8-10 hours of lighting is already good enough. The pros here would recommend a schedule that follows the natural light, i.e. 10:00am/11:00am to 6:00pm/ 7:00pm.

"我見我D沉木生左小小青苔, 又會唔會係燈光影響?": Yes, that's natural. Don't worry. But you have to check whether they are 青苔 or algae. The treatment is different.

"我的燈光, 光量是中等...": So what tubes you're exactly using? Besides wattage, the colour temperature is also crucial to aquatic plants. 6500K is the most ideal spectrum.

星期1-5 (番學), 就4:00 - 睡覺 ( 10:30 - 11:30)
星期6日 , 起屋企就開.... (我真係錯得制....) 有成10 個 hour i think ...

我的燈光是白色.... 用jebo r338 套缸的燈....

水榕是陰草, no need 照太多燈, 1 day 4-5 hours 已足夠.

First of all, you have to buy a timer. A consistent lighting schedule is crucial. Second, I'm not familiar with Jebo products. What is the total wattage? Anyway, the condition of your plants will tell you whether it is enough or not. "光是白色" is not enough, it's the colour temperature (K) that is important.

我唔係幾知bor 唔好意思....
但係我都想問下
水草間斷間斷咁比光照好 e.g 4-5:00 , 6-7:00, 8-9:00
定係連續好 e.g ( 8:00a.m - 12:00 noon , 14-18:00, 20-24:00 )

每日最好分兩段，每段四/五小時左右，中間放lunch嘛
不過我就無咁講夠，總之有人在家就開燈，無人就關燈
