It's green water (due to a sort of algae).
You have to:
- decrease your lighting level by: 1) removing 1 tube from your light box, i.e. remaining 24wx3; 96w for a new tank setup is way too strong; 2) shortening the period of lighting, trying to start with 4 hours each day [until the green water is clear] and increase 1 hour for every week until 8 hours.
- change 15%-20% of water everyday
- try to apply UV, it's fast and safe
- stop applying any liquid fertilizers (usually we start doing this after 2-3 months of the tank is established)
- don't add any more fish until your tank is stabilized
The cause of this algae is too much lighting and too high level of NH4.
BTW, what is the "5ML" for? The dosage of another kind of fertilizer other than the Green Brighty Step? Anyway, stop applying it as well.
