I am a new hand and going to start a 迷你矮珍珠 tank which is 24"x8"x9" (26L). I got a bag of 9L ADA II and 2L power sand special. What the use of power sand special? I read power sand special is for some specific plants. Do I need it or any harmful to put in that?

Power Sand Special is a fertilizer which can be used for most of the plants in aquarium and shouldn't be harmful if used properly.
It is better to place a stainless steel net (or something like that) in between the PSS and the soil to prevent the PSS from being exposed to the surface of soil.
