水草情迷

本人是超級新手,開缸唔夠一個月,已經成缸青苔,鹿角台仲生藻,唔再嘔泡..........請問有無辦法救救佢地啊?
呀...仲有,今日發現個缸多左幾隻蝸牛仔,相信係"吽"出黎既...

It is a tough situation, i prefer give up the plant or you can bleach them with 1:20 bleach water for 3 mins. But take your own risk.

Beard algae:
Grows on plant leaves and is bright green. Individual strands have a very fine texture but it grows in thick patches and looks just like a green beard. It grows up to 4 cm. It cannot be removed mechanically. This does not indicate bad water quality but grows very fast and overtakes the tank, making it a "bad" alga. Can be eliminated with Simazine (Aquarium Pharmaceuticals "Algae-Destroyer").

Thanks for your information, I think I will give up that plant and buy another one, but what can I do to prevent it from happenning again? Also how to deal with the "青苔" stick on the tank?

1. Two steps, First prevent the alge source enter your tank. Second keep your tank condition good to resist alge. You can try to study more in this wed site.

2. Green spot can brush away by teeth brush.
