Mr Macbrush and Fish Fan, i am highly likely go for 陰草 seems it's a bit easy for me to start as I never try 草 tank. For my 20"x11"x11" tank, I should have the following:
1. a tiny filtering system (seems Eheim 2215 is too much for my tank)
2. T5HO 24wx3
3. ADA soil 1
4. No CO2 in the moment (will consider to set it up later depends on the actual situation)

Any other suggestion?

2215 is just fit.

Thx brother. However I have no where to hide the Eheim but have to put it next to the tank. Not sure if the device is noisy or not...

You have to put the canister below your tank, otherwise, you'll overload the motorhead. Eheim is dead slient. The only thing is: it's expensive. So if budget is not your concern, go for Eheim and you'll never regret.

Fish Fan, is 2215 too strong for my tank? Mine is only 20" and around 40L water. Is 2213 more fit?

2215 won't be too strong. Take it. 2213 is just marginal for your tank. Once it gets deteriorated (even Eheim, but not as much as the other brands), or you connect it to UV or chiller, it'll be too weak.
