To Fish Fan : I changed the Philips tubes, seems like the plant condition is very good now, i can see many tiny bubbles come out. However, the water drops problem on tank surface is still serious now. You know, in reality, I can't switch on the air conditioner 24 hours in order to keep the room temperature near to the tank water temperature, do you have any clue? My friend told me to use some anti-fog spray (usually use it on the glasses) on the tank surface, do you think it is working?

If the water drop problem is not so serious, you may leave it there. Of course, you can spray some anti-fog chemicals on the glass surface. On the other hand, you're endangering the creatures inside the tank that I would not recommend.

Check the average Dew point and set the target to Dew point + 1 degree.

May I know what is Dew point?

zetahalflife: Dew point is the temperature that your equipment start to get humid and accumulate water drops. That's too technical and you'd better do it with "trial and error" and find the optimal temperature for your case.

Today the dew point is 24 degree which is depending on relative humidity.
Normally you may try to set 25 degree. As Fish Fan said, "Trial & error". If not ok, raise the temperature 1 more degree (or turn on the air-conditioner/dehumidifyer in your home).
