- 8 hour lighting is enough. more than 10 hours will attract algae for sure. your case seemed marginal but if you don't see algae you can keep watching.
- I turn on lighting from 16:00-22:30 , my fishes looks ok

I must concur with cherrypun, "I REALLY NEED to watch the tank with lighting after return from whole day exhausting work!!!! " agree?
- a tank just built a month it is quite usual to have some grass turn to yellow. Let's wait and see, with regular water change around 1/4 weekly is ok.
No need to add fertiliser at this moment. I'd say you will see improvement... keep it up pal!
